For every our laboratory products, we will give 1 year service warranty, excluded the spare parts. For repairing products, which not under the warranty or not purchased through our company, there is service cost excluded the replaced spare parts. |
We will process to repair products further after we informed by phone or fax regarding the faulty and the cost of the spare parts that need to replace as well the service cost and after received customers approval.
