Block Cooler (CB-1)

Block Cooler equipped with 9 preset temperature programs with temperature range 0 - 75°C and less than 0.5°C deviation. Nine preset programs include: 0°C for ingredient storage, 4°C for cell lysis / cDNA synthesis, 16°C for DNA ligation, 25°C for restriction enzyme reaction, 37°C for denaturation in DNA extraction / cDNA synthesis, 42°C for reverse transcription / gene transformation, 55°C for gentle heating in DNA extraction, 65°C for proteinase K inactivation, and 72°C for polymerase reaction. Top lid for heat isolated, and OFFSET function is also included.
