At this stage, we use the ™ (trademark) symbol to indicate that these names are claimed as trademarks. Once the Statements of Use are filed and approved by the USPTO, we will transition to using the ® (registered trademark) symbol. This change signifies that the marks are officially registered and legally protected.

Important Notes:

• Proper usage helps protect our intellectual property and brand identity.
• Always use the full, correct wordmark:
• DV2Plus – not DV2P
• DV360 – not DV 360
• DV Create – not DVCreate
• Use ™ or ® on the first mention in any written content (e.g., marketing, packaging, digital assets). Continued use throughout the content is optional but encouraged for clarity.

Even after registration, using ™ remains acceptable, especially in informal or international contexts where ® may not apply.
