Description

AREC 10

Advance Ceramic Hot Plate Stirrer

State-of-the-art 10x10 ceramic hotplate stirrer, combining powerful performance, advanced safety features, several connectivity options, and enhanced user experience. Designed to offer a large working surface, it ensures precision, efficiency, and uncompromising safety in every experiment.

The AREC 10 Advance provides a large 10-inch working surface for extensive research, representing a new generation of heating magnetic stirrers, specifically designed to meet the evolving needs of modern laboratories.

It combines high precision, versatile functionality, and an intuitive user experience, setting a temperature and stirring control benchmark. Its innovative interface, equipped with capacitive buttons and a chemically resistant tempered glass panel, ensures responsive operation and excellent visibility, even in the most demanding lab conditions.

Beyond its sleek design, the AREC 10 Advance expands your control over every aspect of your reactions. You can:

- Set temperature and stirring speed ramps;

- Optimize workflows with programmable timer functions;

- Monitor viscosity variations;

- Switch between multiple stirring modes;

- Take full advantage of versatile connectivity options.

The AREC 10 Advance delivers outstanding thermal control, making it ideal for temperature-sensitive and high-precision laboratory applications.

When precision is critical, users can reach medium temperatures up to 350?°C with an accuracy of ±1.0?°C using a temperature probe (Pt100 or Pt1000).

To further enhance control, the AREC 10 Advance enables the programming of temperature ramps, allowing for custom thermal profiles that support complex reactions and improve reproducibility.

Its high-efficiency 10x10 inches ceramic plate ensures uniform heat distribution up to 550?°C, while providing exceptional chemical resistance to guarantee long-term reliability in even the most aggressive laboratory environments.

Designed for demanding laboratory environments, the AREC 10 Advance delivers exceptional stirring performance with its advanced brushless motor and robust magnetic coupling system. This ensures reliable, maintenance-free stirring for volumes up to 25?L (H2O), making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

The stirring speed spans from 30 to 1700?rpm, allowing precise control for both gentle mixing and intense stirring. Thanks to SpeedServo™, the motor maintains a consistent stirring speed, compensating automatically for viscosity changes. Additionally, the viscosity variation indicator provides live feedback, ensuring continuous, accurate reaction monitoring.

Equipped with multiple stirring modes, such as auto-reverse, intermittent operation, and programmable speed limits, the AREC 10 Advance is engineered to optimize workflows, offering flexibility and reliability for high-demand laboratory processes.

The AREC 10 Advance enhances lab productivity with advanced connectivity features:

- Remote control via Velp Ermes cloud platform: access and manage the hotplate stirrer from any mobile device, wherever you are. Log in to set parameters and monitor operations in real time.

- Local data management with ControllerSoft™: for those preferring offline solutions, this software allows data logging and clear visualization of stirring and heating curves through USB connection to a PC.

- Easy data export: experimental data can be saved and transferred to a computer or USB flash drive for analysis and archiving.

Safety is fundamental in every laboratory, and the AREC 10 Advance hotplate stirrer incorporates multiple built-in safety features to ensure secure operation at all times, including:

- Safety lock button to prevent accidental adjustments to parameters;

- Safety checks automatically stop heating in case the external probe is not immersed or is removed from the sample;

- Over-temperature protection prevents overheating of the sample;

- Adjustable maximum temperature limit for enhanced control over heating processes;

- Countdown and count-up timer for precise workflow management;

- "Hot" message displayed when the plate temperature exceeds 50°C, even if heating is off.
